Investment

One of the biggest decisions managers face is how to invest. Investments can include infrastructure (such as new facilities), intangibles (such as patents), or financial products (such as stocks or bonds.) Investments are usually made in terms of larger strategies, and necessarily include risks. A good executive will gather information and weigh the risks with the potential return on the investment before making a decision.
