Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is a set of principles by which a company is managed, or the culture behind a organization. It can influence everything from how tasks are carried out to the management of employment policies. An emerging challenge for executives is how to manage a company’s policies within an often-complex web of stakeholders, which can include a board of directors, employees, and shareholders. In the wake of Enron’s collapse and other high-profile fraud cases, corporate governance has received a lot of attention, including how it may influence ethics and integrity issues on a high level.
