The programme culminates in a one day workshop during which participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the experience so far, as well as learn about the variety of NED roles available.

The programme has been uniquely designed for individuals with exeperience at executive level who are looking to further develop their skills through a blend of workshop sessions and 3 month placement as a NED at a high-growth SME.

The programme is 90% funded by the government.

Help to Grow is a 12 week programme delivered by Leeds University Business School and accredited by the Small Business Charter. The programme combines a practical curriculum, with 1:1 support from a business coach, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network.

The programme takes 12 weeks to complete and consists of one half-day session per week delivered through a mixture of online and in-person (7 online and 5 in-person).
