In this course, we focus on demystifying the concepts behind AI, starting with the theories behind AI and how the newest results are related to these theories.
The programme aims to explain, in a pedagogical way, the financial reports and ratios used in business today. Theory is interspersed with concrete examples from different companies and events.
The programme provides concrete and immediately applicable knowledge of strategic management; how planning, execution, and follow-up can interact to shorten the time required to achieve set goals.
The two-day programme Strategy and sustainable value creation is aimed at leaders, strategic decision-makers and business developers who want to enhance their knowledge and ability to lead strategic initiatives with a focus on sustainable value creation.
In the programme, elements of lectures are interspersed with discussions. The purpose is to build the participants’ own understanding of change leadership, and to offer tools and methods for driving and succeeding with change management.
The programme is designed to meet the unique needs of interim managers. It is delivered over four and a half days, consisting of two days on change management, two days on strategic governance, and a final half-day workshop for reflection and in-depth learning.
